Deep Tissue Massage

Therapeutic Massage focuses on your body's soft tissue; muscles, tendons, and ligaments and is both remedial and relaxing. Therapeutic goals can vary considerably between massage therapists and client, therefore, there is no "typical" routine. Instead, your massage is tailored to your specific needs and can include any combination of various techniques. Pressure can range from moderate in order to loosen muscles, improve muscle tone, and increase flexibility to deep pressure in order to relieve tension in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Communication with your therapist before and throughout the massage is important to maintain your comfort and maximum benefit.
Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is the most widely known and used style of massage therapy. It is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork that creates a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. Swedish combines a variety of strokes that works the soft tissues and muscles to help the body improve its circulation and restore health. Swedish massage provides full-body muscle relaxation, and it can be especially helpful if you're recovering from an injury.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
45 minute stand alone service: $85.00

CST is a noninvasive type of bodywork. It uses gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis which affects the deeper layers of membranes and cerebrospinal fluids in the spinal canal, the brain, and the spinal cord itself. This, in turn, relieves the stress and pain caused by compression and increases resistance to disease.

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. It is a shoulder, neck, and back massage performed in a specialized ergonomic chair. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, chair massage is done over the clothing. This makes it a great mobile service, frequently utilized at events, corporate settings and exhibitions. Ideal for almost anywhere within the workplace. Travel fee included in price. Maximum clients per hour is five.
